Early Tennessee, pre shaped, pre-inlet stock, 15/16" octagon, 42" barrel, L&R Durs Egg lock
Our early Tennessee fullstock is late flint era, early for the area of the Southern Mountains. Pre-inlet for any 15/16” octagon 42” barrel, drilled full depth for a 3/8” ramrod. Cut for an L&R Durs Egg flint or percussion lock, our #TR-DST-4 or #TR-DST-6 double set triggers, our #TG-TN-2-I triggerguard, and our Tennessee lollipop tang plug. Trigger reach may be adjusted up to 15”, with 4-1/2” drop, from the line of sights. The butt end is about 5” x 1-1/2”, not cut for the buttplate.
Track's early Tennessee stock with accept any 15/16” straight octagon barrel channel up to 42” length, and drilled for a 3/8” ramrod hole. The stock is pre-inlet to accept our 15/16" Tennessee lollipop tang. The forend is pre-shaped, and the butt end has not been cut for the buttplate. This will allow you to build a primitive poor-boy rifle using our early Tennessee fullstock. Trigger reach may be adjusted up to 15”, with 4-1/2” drop, from the line of sights. The butt end is about 5” x 1-1/2”, not cut for the buttplate. Lock panels are shaped, pre-inlet for the L&R Durs Egg flint lock, #LOCK-LR-1100, or percussion lock, #LOCK-LR-1500. Triggerplateis cut for our #TR-DST-4 or #TR-DST-6 double set triggers, and our triggerguard #TG-TN-2-I.
