Stock, J.P. Beck, Lebanon, pre-inlet, "B" or "C" profile 44" swamped barrel, sliding wood patchbox, large Siler lock
Precision machine inlet, on Allen’s patented 5 axis pantograph. Our J.P. Beck ‘AH-B’ or 'AH-C' stock is precision inlet for our American Heritage ‘B’ or 'C' profile swamped barrel in 44” length, B profile available in .40, .45 or .50 caliber, C profile available in .50, or .54 caliber, and our large Siler lock. Each stock is precision inlet for the swamped octagon barrel, sliding wood patchbox, large Siler lock, buttplate, triggerguard, triggerplate, ramrod pipes, and drilled for a 3/8" diameter ramrod. The forend has a squared vise block to allow mounting the stock securely. Trigger reach is about 13-3/4”, with 2-1/2” drop from line of sights. Buttplate end is 5” tall, 1-7/8” wide, to fit our #BP-BECK-2-B buttplate. A sliding wooden patchbox door cut from the same blank is included. Inlet for double set triggers and triggerguard #TG-BECK-1-B. Lock panels are shaped, pre-inlet for the large Siler flint lock #LOCK-SL-FL-RH, or percussion lock, #LOCK-SL-CL-RH. The side panel is inlet for the sideplate #SP-BECK-2-B
