Our wax cast alloy steel kit parts require filing, grinding, drilling, polishing, fitting and assembly. Triggers are annealed and may be bent before hardening and tempering. If you have never attempted to harden and temper a steel part, this can be an easy introduction. Use a small propane torch for hardening, and a kitchen oven for tempering. Drilling, tapping and polishing, and assembly can quickly be accomplished. Skilled use of a drill press will be a plus. Problems? Any lost or damaged part can be replaced from our stock of spare parts.
Overall length 5-1/2", width .400".
