We are currently unable to provide shipping rates for all countries, and for all weights of packages. There are two different messages you may receive:

1. Unknown Destination  This message will appear if you are located in a country for which we do not currently have shipping rates listed online.
2. Over Weight Limit       This message will appear if the contents of your cart weigh more than our online shipping rate listing.

Even though our site is unable to display the shipping rates for either your country or the weight of your order, you can still place an order on our site. When we receive the order, we will manually calculate the correct shipping total. Proceed with your order as normal.

If you did not see the order confirmation page with your order number, you order did not go through. Please place your order again.

If you receive an error message, most likely you have made a spelling error. Correct the error and click the Login button again.

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the log-in screen and enter your e-mail address. Your password will be instantly sent to your e-mail.
